What could be causing my illness?

Well, around 8 months ago I started getting extremely painful abdominal cramps, I was getting nauseous, and this was really bad for a few weeks. Now that it's been so long, I don't so much as get constant cramps and or nausea, I just generally feel sick all of the time, it feels like something is just in the pit of my stomach making me feel miserable. I also get extremely cramped when I eat certain foods now, and I seem to get random bouts of constipation or diarrhea, usually just for one or two bowel movements and then it goes away till the next time. I did get diagnosed with Eppstein Barr, but the test only shows that I had it at one point in time, it didn't mean that's what I currently had. We've done about every test in the book. The only ideas I've came up with recently have something to do with a bacterial infection or overgrowth. It's not really so bad that I couldn't manage day to day, what makes it bad is the fact that I have anxiety, and a slight phobia of vomitting and being sick. But my doctor is sure it's not anxiety causing problems, I know that I don't feel good anymore, I don't feel the way I used to, I always feel ill. And I just want to wake up in the morning and feel normal again. So if anybody has ideas regarding what could cause me to just flat out feel ill all of the time, and could possibly be effected by food, please share ideas. If you have any questions that could help you figure something out please feel free to send me a message and ask.
One thing I should mention is my spleen was swollen at one point, and for a while my white blood cell count was really low, possibly for several months, every time they took blood samples. Last time we checked it did go back to normal though, but we haven't had it checked since.
