OK, I drove to a local business today. My truck was working and running just fine, yet when I went to leave it wouldn't turn over, or attempt to crank at all. It just made a slight buzz or hum for a few seconds then stopped. The battery was fully charged and connected correctly. I replaced the starter about 2 weeks ago and it has been running fine. I figured it might of been the Starter Solenoid that could of been the issue; so I replaced it and it still did the same thing.
What could be causing this?
Your help is greatly appreciated, and please no bias answers like "FORD: Found On Road Dead."
it may be old; but its only got about 83.75 thousand miles.
both positive and negative battery cables were replaced with the starter. and battery terminals are corrosion free. battery was replaced in September.
