What could a yellow fluid leak in the front center of my toyota camry be?

There is a little yellow leak near the front of my car and I'm having trouble steering my wheel (its stiff) any ideas of what this could be?
I just had a bunch of work done to fix this axle hold or something that was wrong with my steering and puncturing some pump so I don't think anything else could be seriously wrong with it since I just got it checked out...do you still think that I could have some major problem with my brakes or with the steering?
 
The most logical answer would be that you have a power steering pump leak.If you notice a whining sound when you turn the wheel that means that your power steering pump is running out of fluid to create pressure and is pumping air instead of fluid.It could be a leak in the rack and pinion,the linkage hoses or the pump itself.Good luck
