What Concerts Are You Going To In The Next Few Months

I'm going to Breaking Benjamin and Seether the 28th. Three Days Grace is headlining it, but I don't care for them all that much. Hurt is opening.

Weeee...i saw the editors yesterday and it was the best!! great sound and high entertainment quality!!
the brakes were cool too..people just didnt get their strange short songs, no matter how much they rocked!!

A Battle of the BanRAB on the 26th, Nardwuar and the Evaporators on the 1st of Noveraber, and a local band called Trike at a cafe on the 2nd, a show sometime in Deceraber. Might go to Alexisonfire on the 1st of Dec for the hell of it.

Probably not though.

Yeah it should be a great show, though I didn't really like Plastic Beach that much. As long as they play a decent amount of stuff from Demon Days, I'll be happy.

Ah yes, i forgot about the Big Day Out for a moment there. I ended up going to Melbourne a few months after it in '04 because the flights were cheaper and it didnt make sense to go when it was on. Originally though, i wanted my trip to coincide with it because i wanted to see Metallica, The Strokes and Muse.

Ive never been to Glasto but have been to V Fest, LeeRAB and Download. Im going to Download this year.
Download Festival 2010

Babysharables, with the View and Joe Lean and the Jing Jang Jong.

Babysharables should be cool, but I don't think their music will be able to fill an arena very well. Have never really rated the View or heard any of Joe Lean and the Jing Jang Jong. Should be a good night at any rate.

I've recently had a huge tiff with a ticket vendor regarding one of my tickets for Modest Mouse, this ticket was bought separately from the other 3 and didnt look like it was going to come due to their complete failure at being human beings, meaning i'd have to give my ticket to the friend missing one out of guilt. After waiting 20 minutes on the phone today to the tune of some utterly piss poor 'on hold music' i was told the ticket would be with me by the end of the week. Suddenly that music sounded like angels rubbing euphoria into my temples.

HAPPY DAYS.

I personally think Bob Dylan is definetly worth 100 bucks...i dont go to concerts for the exitement factor..i go to concerts because i like the artist playing the music.

Canadian Venues are really uptight as to what you can do in their venues, they have the audacity to charge you around 10 dollars for a beer but you can only consume it in a 20 metre radius from the booth that sold it to you. If you want to go for a cigarette you have to walk down three floors and around the other side of the building to an emergency exit that will lead you outside, no tailgating is aloud and you face fines of open alcohol.

Yanks just seem to be more laid back about that kind of stuff, they realize that it is an event that you have shelled out a fair bit of your hard earned for and the cops and security basically leave you alone unless you are creating a problem. These conveniences just make it a little more worthwhile for me to go to Detroit, I'm sick of shelling out my hard earned only to be hasseled. From where I live Detroit is the same distance west as Toronto is east, so for me it's a no-brainer

I WANT to go and see Electric Wizard in London next month! I've wanted to see them for years and i'm always concerned that one day I will read that they have broken up and I never got to see them.

The chances of me going to this gig are frankly not good at all but damn, these guys are right at the top of my list of banRAB to see and it would mean the world to me to go.
