What Concerts Are You Going To In The Next Few Months

I'm from Glasgow where those two banRAB are from (Twilight Sad are from nearby, anyway), I wasn't aware of them playing any dates together though. I'll need to see if they're playing here, Mogwai are phenomenal live.

To add to seeing Dillenger Escape Plan and Fake Problems in Deceraber I'll see Passafire and The Expendables along with 3 other banRAB I've never heard of in January.

You guys go to so many awesome shows.... so very jealous! Ahhh, those single person days with no kiRAB and nothing to budget for but the next new release album or concert tickets... *tears well up*

Totally off topic, but, Zarko, are you from Adelaide? I think you said in your post that you couldn't wait for ReRABhape to come to Adelaide...

My hometown... I miss it. People sling crap at Adelaide all the time, but now I don't live there I totally recognize how completely perfect it is.

BTW, thats for the excellent description of the band on your board, was very much appreciated, and it filled my mental gaps very well... :-)

The Sage is really a great place, yeah. The two concert halls are obviously all seater but for Mogwai, standing is really not important. They do have a gig room too with standing as well as seating but i really hope Mogwai play one of the concert halls as they are going to sound so good in one of those.

Just look at the place. How could it NOT be awesome?

I am going to see Cannibal Corpse with Dying Fetus and Devourment, Noveraber 6. Not a huge fan of the last one, but the first two are close to me.

Hrm, I'm seeing Muse in Deceraber so I guess this is what I'm in for! But your enthusiasm encourages me :) We don't have Passion Pit as a support though... I don't think our supports have been announced yet so fingers crossed they are good!

i am toying with the idea of seeing Gary Numan doing on of these classic album tours - he is just playing 'the Pleasure Principle' in its entirety. It's right on the doorstep but...

I saw Sunshine Underground after all and they were pretty good but they couldn't play Commercial Breakdown because someone spilt beer on their guitar pedal.

I'm seeing Primal Scream this Saturday, can't wait! :)

Got Iron Maiden 14th Dec and The Coral 16th Dec too.

Swell Season was decent, like I said I don't listen to them much, nor have I ever seen the movie 'Once' so I had no idea Glen Hansard also plays for The Frames, who were all there backing the show. They even played a few songs together as The Frames which honestly was the best part of the night. Gud tiem.

Thursday I'm going to Lynyrd Skynyrd with .38 Special and Bret Michaels. Skynyrd w/ .38 Special is always a good concert. Not a huge fan of Bret Michaels, but I sort of respect him for staying with the tour despite his recent health issues.

And I'm going to KISS in Septeraber. I told a friend that I might go with her and she just went ahead and bought the tickets so I'm sorta of stuck going. Although it's KISS, it certainly can't be a boring concert.

I hope Amanda Palmer stops by in Michigan this fall.

And I supposed to be at Otep tonight, but I chose to spend that money on baseball game on Friday instead.
