What Concerts Are You Going To In The Next Few Months

I'd imagine they'd play the good ol' hits, but I dont know how that'll turn out. I'm going mainly for Blondie. Deborah Harry is my idol, and she's not been looking too good lately...i mean, anyone see the rock n roll hall of fame ceremony? This might be my last chance.

EDIT:I just did some searching since I got real curious. Looks like Ric is replaced by Todd Rundgren. I dont know how I feel about that. It wont be the same, but I still want to enjoy the concert.

Kate Rusby is playing in my town hall in April and as it's only a 20 minute walk I have to go. Shame I will be going on my own but what the hell-she is worth it.

There was a one day festival over here in Birmingham this year with Swans headlining and both Melt Banana and a couple of laRAB I know's band too, whom I really, really, like.

I would have loved to have gone. I tried to twist the arm of a few people I know but with no joy. So, enjoy it Janszoon! Make sure to let me know how awesome it was to further piss me off, wont you? :p:

I'm not the biggest Gwar fan either, but I've always wanted to see them live. The concert footage I've seen looks entertaining to say the least!

A couple of festivals here in Norway has got me on a ticket-buying-spree this year!

- Mark Knopfler(In 10 days!!!!!)
- Jeff Beck
- Gary Moore
- Slash
- Mot

Looks like I'll be going to "Yuri's Night Bay Area". It's an event commemorating the first time a human went into space (held in 120 cities). There's one in the Bay Area hosted by NASA at their Ames Research Center!! Acts and events that have been announced so far...

The Black Keys;
Common;
N*E*R*D;
Les Claypool;
The Glitch Mob;
etc.

and

Former spacecrafts;
NASA technology;
Astronaut speakers;
Flight demo's;

I'm amped.

I'm hoping I'm going to see Kanye West, he's coming over to Birmingham soon. I was watching his performance on the Brit AwarRAB and it had to be the highlight of the night. Which isn't saying much, but y'know it was still good...
