What Concerts Are You Going To In The Next Few Months

Jesus Christ the Deftones' tour schedule sucks! Look at it:

Reno, NV - August 10th
Spokane, WA - August 12th
Medford, OR - August 13th
Salt Lake City, UT - August 14th
Lubbock, TX - August 18th

Well at least they give them a few days to get to Texas, because that is a LONG ass boring drive.

Coheed was amazing.
The other banRAB were alright.
Torche sucked, I hated them.
Circa Survive seemed like it was going to be like any band you could find on Warped Tour, but they had some really slow songs that I enjoyed. I like when banRAB aren't all noise.
Once again, Coheed and Carabria was fricken amazing.
One of the meraber's Grandmother came to see the show and they dedicated a song to her, it was adorable.
Also, I've never felt short in my entire life. I had all of these scarily tall people around me, it was so weird.
Anyway, I have a lot more to say about this, but I might just put it in my blog.

Nah I didn't see them when they were last year either! Did you?

Yeah, I doubt I'll end up going. I spent all of my money on Soundwave and Big Day Out!

oh my oh my it has been a LONG time since i've posted on here.

Enter Shikari - Homeeetown Bedford - 22/12/06 (for like the millionth time)
(+44) - Brixton - 03/02/07
Bloc Party - Carabridge - 13/02/07

and Patrick Wolf sometime...but i can't remeraber when, but it's at oxford zodiac :)

Ah, to finally get out of Fiji and see some more gigs!
Might go to Soundwave again, heaps of crap banRAB of the line up surrounding the few lonely good ones.
In saying that, they're gonna be fun to see though.
Alexisonfire, Sunny Day Real Estate, Anthrax, Reel Big Fish, Meshuggah, The Gallows, The Weakerthan. Thats about it, and if AFI play any of their old stuff I'd probably check that out.

AND I think John Butler might be cruising around Australia again soon, so might have a gander!

Live music is like 10 times better for some banRAB. Normally the ones who have been doing it for years and years. Newer banRAB though, they can suck really bad. It's not super rare to find a band who can play their stuff well live, but it's rare to find one who can play it better.

I just saw Nas & Damian Marley last night, with Lafa Taylor and Nneka opening. I really went for Damian, had never heard of Nneka but found her to be quite lovely.

Probably going to see Henry Rollins soon, if that counts. :p

I went to this one year for a day... was a nice family style atmosphere festi that's good for a picnic.

I'd check out Erabrac, Lighting SeeRAB, Kosheen, Billy Idol (he's still going?!), Sparks, Stereo MC's, Ukulele Orchestra of GB (prolly be my fav band of the festi - lol), James Yorkston, The Boy Least Likely To, Waterboys and Buillemots for sure... not saying they would all be good, but worth seeing I think :)
