What computer is better for gaming?

i have 2 computers, both run windows xp.

1)
Intel (R)
Pentium (R) 4 cpu 2.6GHZ
2.61GHZ 2gb of ram

Graphics card:
ATI Radeon HD 4600
__________________________

2)
AMD Athlon(tm) XP 2500
1.8GHZ 2GB of ram

Graphics card:
NVIDIA GeForce FX 5600


So im just wondering which is better for gaming? and by how much?
