what comes next after exploring the astral projection or lucid dreaming?

i practiced frequently this year the art of coming out of your body while your asleep...
the ability comes when your mind is awake but your body is asleep... and anxiety builds thru odd visions or weird noises.. the key to come out of your body during this time is to just take a deep breath " say to yourself relax."
then try to move... at first i could only move my fingers, then i would be able to just sit up a little bit but fall right back down by gravity or some force.

then the hardest part is combining opening your eyes, with opening doors and staying on the astral field without being jumped back into my body.

finally able to come out i've been able to walk around, it was fun for a while and very deep and interesting new experience..

but i've become sick of it and only want to sleep and dream regularly... so i tried to stop the practice for a while and that has been successful... but sometimes like once a week it happens again on its own i have no choice but to come out of my body and float around in the dark knowing im asleep and that this is indeed weird and anxiety/fear naturally builds from the darkness and i try to push my paralasis to move slowy so i can wake up from the lucid dream.

what should i do? in this situation?
can anyone relate? or any psychology experts or something? anything helps thanks.

or sometimes something like inception happens. and all my dreams become dreams within dreams.
this is fun since i know for sure that these are dreams and not lucid or out of body.

i can kinda get a feel for all clear diffrences between all my states of conciousness/psyches and can even analyze a dream as im having it...
i play alot of baduk which is a game that requires tremdous foucs and reading ahead... which probably takes part in my odd dreams..
