We are in the middle of renovating my kitchen. We have installed a silgranit sink in an espresso colour, the original counter is an almond colour and our cabinets are bleached oak (the pinky kind of colour) and I am thinking of painting them white or a cream colour and adding dark knobs and a chocolate colour valance on the window to go with the sink since it looks out of place at the moment. There is ash hardwood flooring in a coffee colour and the walls are a very light with a hint of green. So which colour for the cabinets? White or Cream or something else entirely? There isn't a heck of a lot of natural light either, so I'm thinking lighter is better?? Help!
