what color to paint my kitchen?

My counter tops are hunter green.. .cupboards are white (not a good idea with 4 kids) so i need a color to go with the green for the cupboards and walls. i dont want them the same colors. thanks for any ideas.

My counters are the same color as well as my cupboards, recently I've painted my kitchen a light yellow, it looks really good! It really brightens up the room and adds great contrast. I suggest making a center piece for your kitchen table it brings the colors together and just makes everything look great!

you can do a nice blue so ir can look much like nature or a nice beige or a purple that creates a high contrast
