What color should i use to color in my eyebrows?

Just wondering but what color should i use? I have light black hair and i wanna color in my eyebrows. Should i use Dark brown or Black for my eyebrows? Also i don't want to use pencil... i wanna use powder. And also i wanna buy the product at a local drug store.
