What color do you paint the inside of Model A Ford Hood?

I have a 1930 Model A Deluxe Coupe. I am preparing the pant the hood. I'm stripping the old paint right now. My father, who i got the Model A from, never painted the the inside of the hood. What i would like to know, is if it is painted, what color is it. Is black like the fire wall or fenders, or is the body color?
