what college would be best?

what college seems to be the best? I am used to cold whether. Academic and social, which college seems to be the best out of the three choices listed below
Northern Illinois University
Western Illinois University
Illinois State University
If there are any students on here that attend these schools tell me about your experience. Thanks for the advice
