what college major include html, actionscript, java, pearl, javascript etc...?

Well, when it comes to a four year degree, none actually. Computer Science would be the closest, but Computer Science is pretty broad. Now, within computer science, a software engineering or programming focus would be more scoped to programming languages. However, you still really don't learn languages in school. I have a BS in Computer Science with a focus on software engineering and the only language they taught it any depth was Java. In general, concepts are taught; languages are self-taught.

Based on the languages you mentioned, it sounds like you are interested in web development. You can probably find a class or two on that, and maybe a two year degree -- but not really a four year degree.
