I went to a vocational technical school for baking,cake decorating/pastry arts. I know how to bake and decorate cakes and make pastries,etc. I want to open my own bakery one day,but I'm not sure on what classes or courses to take. I also want to open more than one bakery,so would I have to take classes on business entrepreneur,or some other course? Your help,and advice would be extremely helpful right now. Please no smart,or sarcastic answers. I really need some help or advice,thank you.
