I want to talk to interesting strangers online, but never use any chat software and have no idea which one I should pick. I've just downloaded yahoo! messenger and I'm looking at some of the chat rooms on there, but what are the best ones around? What's the best way, the quickest way to connect with as many intelligent, open minded people as possible on the Internet? I don't want to narrow it down to specific interests like a chat room focused on the twilight series or something like that. I don't want to limit the variety.
