What channels can people pick up with an outdoor antenna that live near Bolingbrook, IL?

I can pick up Fox and the other lower more local channels, but cannot get NBC, CBS, or ABC in. ABC comes in a little, but not enough to watch. What kind of antenna do you own that works? Ours is from Ebay and contains a rotor and a preamp. It is supposed to go 90 miles, but can't pick up those stations from 26 miles away. We can't get any of NBC, CBS, or ABC in digital either...though others come in in digital.
