What channel can i watch glee, csi, family guy,etc?

Ok, im in toronto, i have rogers, i wanna watch those shows. ive heard they're on fox but ive also heard theres no fox in canada. i sometimes watch family guy on global, but if theres a better option id love to hear it. if you knwo what channels these shows are on, say the number of the channel, not just the name. thanks
