what changes occur to meat when it is cooked?

this is for biology homework so it cant just be it changes colour. it has to be about all the particles. which i have no idea about

The structure of the proteins get de-natured due to the heat. The bonds connecting the particles vibrate when heat is applied, until they vibrate so much they all start to break, ruining the structure of the protein.
