What cell phone models can you upload your own ringtones to?

I found a website where you can create your own ringtones.My girlfriend has a Samsung Impact and uploading them works for her(although she is with bell-Aliant),but i was wondering which cell phones advertised by KooDo are capable of this as well?
I'm asking about cell phone models,not websites to make ringtones.....
