What CD changer would work on a 2006 C180K?

Just bought a 2006 C180K Avantgarde Sport
I could really do with a CD changer, maybe one with SD/MP3 capability too?
I've been told that I need one with optical fibre connection.
Are there specific models of changer that work with this car?
Any recommendations.
