what causes the sound of my engine to come through my truck audio speakers?

also when I use my cigarette lighter, it blows a fuse and taillights and dash lights go out
 
1st do you have electronic ignition or point system ? If you have point system be sure you have a radio condenser for it.Also bad plug wires
will cause this,also you need transistorized spark plugs. You have a short in your cig. lighter & the fuse which blows, also operates the lights which are made inoperable. 2 thing's to do 4 this,replace lighter & wiring to it, or QUIT SMOKING.
