3 things come to mind initially......ovarian cancer, one of your kidneys is problematic, blockage/phlebitis...have you been checked out at all for anything and how long has it been going on?

How much bigger is the one leg compared to the other and what other symptoms are you having in your body.

What meRAB are you on at this time?

have you suffered ANY actual injury on that side of your body with the swollen leg? do you have ANY lurabar/low back pain? have you had ANY spinal surgeries in your past at all?

just what 'exactly' does your pain feel like to you? is is always there or does 'something' tend to bring it on? just how long has this difference in size been there? do you have ANY other 'symptoms' in that leg or color changes in any way shape or form? have you actually had this leg and you as a whole evaluated by a doc or any type of real testing done yet?

if you could simply try and answer the unfortunetly many questions that both quincy(above) and i have asked, it really would help us to try and help you as far as giving any really good advice here. there just could be soo many different real reasons for this to occur(if it IS actually swelling going on in only one extremity) that testing and ruling things out with your doc would ideally be the very best way to try and determine the underlying reasons for this. but any info you can give would really be great.
