2000 Ford F450 7.3l 145k miles weighs 12.5k lbs and acts like it has no turbo. It has the 6 speed trans and has power but takes forever to get up rps and there is no turbo whine like most other diesels on the road. It is all stock and no chip. Doesn't Blow any smoke either just fyi? One thing I did notice is there is a dirty oily residue on the pipes on top of the engine, assuming they are the intake and turbo tubes. Has always ran like this, not something that just occurred.
