I have a pioneer 5100UB deck, THX RCAs, MTX 6.5s all around, 12" sony xplod subs, pyramid and ssl amp. The amps and subs are junk, but I figure if I blow it apart I'd rather get the wiring right first. The power is a 4g and 6g on the passenger floor, RCAs center, RF speaker roof, and rears directly to the amps. The ground is on the fender frame(steel car). It "sometimes" goes away when accelerating or when the engine is off but that might be from the exhaust and my poor hearing. The amps ground under 1 bolt and the Deck grounds to the firewall.
I don't suspect a clipping as it happens even with no audio input or volume off.
