when our computer is playing video games (e.g., ROBLOX) or playing online videos...it will suddenly crash...we have NORTON anti-virus and it shows no viruses, so, that doesn't seem to be the issue here...sometimes when the computer sits idle, it will also crash...unless we let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes following a crash, the computer will just crash over and over without rebooting...with a rest, it will reboot normally...
