And Plucky Duck apparently would watch Daffy's cartoons, along with his own of course, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (per the hilarious "Samurai Slugs" parody)...

Spike Spiegel would watch Samurai Champloo just to see how he would act in the Edo era... And Batman would watch Big 0 just to see how he would look if he had a gundam.

The Smurfs would watch the Snorks and the Snorks would watch the Smurfs.
The Simpsons would watch The Flintstones or The Jetsons. The Flintstones and the Jetsons already met each other, but the Flintstones and the Jetsons would probably watch The Simpsons.
Itchy and Scratchy would watch Tom and Jerry. Tom and Jerry would watch Itchy and Scratchy.
The Road Rovers would watch The Swat Kats and the Swat Kats would watch The Road Rovers.
Garfield and friends would watch The Charlie Brown and Snoopy Show, Charlie Brown and the gang would watch Garfield and Friends.
The Ghost Busters would watch Beetle Juice or The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Beetle Juice and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles would watch The Ghost Busters.
Spongebob Squarepants would watch Rocko's Modern Life. Rocko would watch Spongebob Squarepants.
Beavis and Butthead would watch Ren and Stimpy and Ren and Stimpy would watch Beavis and Butthead.
The Family Guy gang would watch the American Dad gang, and vice versa. Characters from The Simpsons, The King of the Hill, Futurama, Family Guy, and American Dad would probably watch each other.
Different Anime characters would probably watch each other's shows.
Dexter, Johnny Test, and Jimmy Neutron would probably watch each other's shows.
The characters from Tiny Toon Adventures, The Animaniacs, Hysteria, and Pinky and the Brain would all watch each other.
Ed, Edd and Eddy would watch Catscratch and the cats from Catscratch would watch Ed, Edd, and Eddy.
Characters from the classic video game series would watch each other, presuming the series, Captain N: the Game Master, never existed.
There is probably a lot more, but these are all I can think of right now.
