What cars are most comfortable for people with thorasic back pain?

that's hard to answer. I am comfortable in my LaCross but miserable in my husband's Silverado. He cant stand to be in my LaCross but loves his truck. We both have bad backs. He didn't have surgery and I did. We both have the same pain.
 
I have had the best luck with my pacifica and my Chrysler Town and Country before that. You might get more replies if you ask on the spinal board. They deal with the upper back area more than we do. This board is more of the lower lurabar area, but you are, of course, more than welcome to post away...
