WHat car would win in a race? a Corvette year 99 or a 1969 Dodge Charger RT?

The corvette would win because it has an aluminum/fiberglass body. I HATE corvettes...

I'm thinking the Corvette, mostly because they are both huge fast cars, but the Vette is 30 years newer, with much newer technology.

But as I said, they are both really fast, and if you built the Charger, you could be running loads and loads of horsepower.

Oh, what kind of race? Anything with turns, the Corvette would probably win.
