What car should I get.?

I want to get a car that I can make decently fast.

I have looked at this cars all under 3000$
Chevrolet Cavalier z24
Chevrolet Cavalier
Volkswagen Golf
Volkswagen Jetta
Honda Civic Si

If you could let me know which one would be the fastest stock and which one would have the most potential to be the fastest.
