What Car Should I Get?

Hey im gonna be getting a car with in these next 9 month i can spend up to like 7-8 Thousand " and ideas on a fast car ? "
But i found two used car a Cobalt ss/sc and a Eagle Talon Turbo ..
Which one should i get and also what one would be faster and more fun to drive ?
