What car should I get: a used 06 Acura TL, a new Toyota Camry, or something else?

I found a TL that has 22 K miles, navigation system, sunroof, leather seats, cd/tape player, grey color, etc. With the camry I want everything listed above. I have a cap of under $25,000, but if its worth it I can push it to no more than $27,000.
