They are the same car essentially. The Charger's suspension is tuned a little different and of course the interior of the 300c has a little better materials. But, the 300c is so played out, it has the gangsta rappa stereotype associated with it, and now it just looks like another car. The Charger on the other hand is still striking, you can get it in some great colors, easy engine mods, and not every wannabe rapper has one.
