What can you say about SONY ERICSSON's LIVE WALKMAN android phone's front camera?

i'm actually torn betwen xperia ray and LIVE walkman but lw is cheaper
 
It is having VGA(0.3MP) Camera,
Also,
you can get Sony Ray under ur Budget at Ebay's site...
Sony's L.W.Walkman is having Not great but Satisfactory front camera for making Video Calls...
But in my opinion Go for RAY as it has 8MP Camera(Rear) & Iphone comparable Screen Pixels(extremly gud display),
also,
it is metallic build & comes under Xperia logo(Specially acknowleged by Sony)...
But Choice is urs.
