what can you say about Samsung E870?

I just saw this over the internet when I'm browsing, I wanted to have a slim or thin bar or flip style phones...what can you say about this phone or can you recommend a store where I can get cheaper phones without getting a plan, cuz I love Cingular's reception...thanks everyone! pls help me out...
