Healthier foods:
Eggs, Meat, Avocados, Nuts, Nut Butters (almond, peanut), seeds (pumpkin), whole grains, full fat dairy

You can gain more quickly eating the typical things like ice cream, cookies, brownies etc..., but you might not feel as well.
 
Depending on your height and body composition, you may already be at a healthy weight. But if you want to gain weight, you just need a surplus of calories. Just make sure they are quality calories-don't eat twinkies and oreos all day :)
