I have an Aspire 3610. It has a svchost.exe virus thingamajiggaby and the memory hard drive has important files that I need to to recover, people have suggested me to scan it but this is the problem, whenever I sign in an error pops up and says svchost.exe and some numbers click to terminate.
As I do and I sign in as usual it only shows my WALLPAPER, no START MENU, NOTHING
It's just wallpaper. Nothing else.
I really need to get that memory.
Please help me, oh also for just a little tad reminder, please i cannot scan anything, I cannot do anything it won't let me click on anything.
