My license was suspended and I was required to complete a driving remedial course. So I enrolled into class ran by a school called License Rescue and completed the course through them. Well it's been over two months now and they still haven't filed my completion of the course to the BMV nor have they sent me my certificate of completion and I cannot retake my driving test until this is done. I am so mad and frustrated. What can I do to make sure this doesn't happen again to anyone else? I want to file a complaint but to who?
Seriously it's been over two whole months and still nothing was done until I called them. They were not very helpful and didn't even care how long they were taking to file my completion. It take a week at most to file this kind of things.
