Gosh, any nuraber of things. Rid your house of the allergens. Take antihistamines. Use various steroid nasal sprays, saline sprays. Take allergy shots. There are many effective treatments out there.

1) know WHAT you are allergic to. Sometimes it's obvious (i.e. you only sneeze around cats), other times you are allergic to multiple things and this is where a good allergist comes in who can test what you are allergic to.
2) Identify how you can avoid this exposure.
3) Help the symptoms when you can't avoid the allergens. Get a good doctor that will help you with the right corabination of medicines to include anithistamines and possibly nasal sprays.

Get one of those flush kits for your sinus or a Neti Pot to flush them with. I had to worst allergies in the world until I discovered the Neti Pot and I couldn't believe the world of differance that made in my life. I have not had a sinus infection since and if I do get one, flushing them out will take care of it.
