I was with my cousin shopping and a store worker stopped us at the door and accused him of not paying for a item on his cart. My cousin asked him "for what item"? The worker made a big scene in front of other shoppers and workers of the store and then picked up the first bag and there was the item. Neither one of us put it there but I do remember we left the cart with wood pellets on it and walk couple rows over to look at something else, then went to the back to get the cart, we checked out and then we were stopped at the front door. The rest of the story I have already told. A officer came to the store and talked to us. He let us go and they now just sent him a paper in the mail that he suppose to go to court for petty theft. I know I didn't see my cousin do it and I know I didn't do it. So, what can he do?
