Here is the quote, "Women who are inducted into masculinity hierarchies are exported tissue, in constant danger of provoking an inflammatory response and summary rejection." I say it means that a woman who is involved with a man, who thinks highly of himself, can be in danger of provoking anger from him and getting hurt. But I am not sure. Help please. =)
