price of the car=$1050. The contract says the buyer has to pay $200 a month until payed off.. The buyer payed 3 consecutive months but this month he's given me all kinds of excuses why the payment is being delayed.. It's just about the end of the month and still have no payment.. If he doesn't pay by the end of the month the contract is broken. What should I do?
