What can I wear with a denim pencil skirt and black tights?

Im seventeen and usually wear doc marten boots. I dont know what else to wear, and i wear black tights because i hate my legs! Any ideas, thank you
 
I wear tights constantly too! I like Doc Martens, and wish I had more in different colours. You could try investing in different length Docs unless you don't want to draw any attention to your legs.
I don't think they would go with a denim pencil skirt though - I don't know what would, to be honest.
Other ideas:
Cute dresses?
Short skirts and loooong jackets?

dont always cover up your legs with tights.. try leggins sometimes or coloured tights. I have quite wobbly chubby legs but i got a pair of leggins from primark underwear section and they hold everything in.. i look like a 12 now.. fantastic!!! or get some red or purple tights... brighten yourself up a bit. failing that get some colourful shoes..
