What can I put with a bloody parrot fish?

I currently have african cichlids in my tank and I do not want them anymore I want bloody parrots now and I have a 29 gallon tank and so how many bloody parrots can I get... They were very tiny at the petsmart.

Get 1 or 3 and don't get much more. Maybe some small catfish or something to keep the tank clean.
