What can i put on a burn so it will stop hurting?

i burned it on a cookie sheet, while taking it out of the oven

Depending on the severity of the burn mate.
If a light sunburn a nice aloe vera lotion works and so does a light alcohol rub.
Anything above a 1st degree burn.. a damp cool cloth and possible medical attention (for severe oil and radiation ie sunburn ect

Do not put anything cream like on it as it could lead to a possible infection

you can ask your mom or dad to put medicine on it

topical burn ointment or Neosporin, but with Neosporin the burn will heal slower

I recommend E45 cream. Its magic. Great for healing and pain relief.
