What can I feed my fish?

I'm soon going to be getting some guppies and neon tetras, what can I feed them besides fish flakes? And where can I buy the food

blood worms, brine shrimp. would probably be the best thing to feed fish. thay also eat some celery and greens...well mines do =)
but blood worms and brine shrimp would be the best...
