what can I do with some hot smoked salmon for use on a buffet?

I've home smoked some salmon that I was going to serve on a buffet on little gems with a horseradish & creme fraiche dip.

The salmon has flaked coming out of the smoker so any suggestions on how I can serve this now? Its for a cold finger fork buffet.
 
You could mix it with cream cheese and chives and blend to make a Smoked Salmon Pate to eat on some sort of bread.

You could mix it with egg mayonnaise and and put it on sandwiches.

You could make a salmon+prawn cocktail

Or just simply with cream cheese and pitta breads.
