What can I do with an associates of arts degree is social and behavioral sciences?

What kind of job opportunities can I expect with an associates of arts degree is social and behavioral sciences?
 
You could look for a job in social work or psychology. But as a student wanting to major in nursing and minor in some type of social science, I have been advised that a bachelor's degree in any type of social or behavioral science field is probably necessary.
