I co-signed for family member. Originally it was supp or to be for 6 months after purchasing the vehicle he my name was suppose to be removed from all documents. Its been almost 4 years and now he is in jail, these is a law suite to pay the remaining of the amount on the loan and I would like some advice on options or procedure that may be do to help my situation.
